Gary Lang: 2008 is a new and exciting year and after a strong finish in 2007, 2008 holds great prospects and new relationships all aimed at improving NM Drift and making a necessary push towards the top. NM Drift has always focused on improving through key additions due to the small nature of the team. As we add new supporters our impact has increased. In 2007 we added Maxxis Tires and saw the performance output of the cars increase as well as the rigors of those improvements. 2008 will see a focused effort in Formula Drift and a new car with new power. Its time to win!

Career Results

Wins: I have yet to win in Formula Drift but plans to change that in 2008 are well in place and with the support of all my sponsors over the last 3 years we will do just that.

Accomplishments: After a setback in the final Formula Drift event of 2007 and finishing a quarter point off of my license, I was able to recover and earn my D1GP License and Formula Drift license in the same week and lost my favorite car in the process. During 2007 I made 3 Top 32’s in Formula Drift and a top 5 in Pittsburgh.
